STAVINOX ANTI SPATTER (NF)
This is a heavy-duty, dry, and thin film welder anti-spatter coating that is designed to prevent spatter from sticking to the weld beads, the metal surfaces around them, and the welding tips during welding.
The benefits of using this product are that it is effective even on severe high amperage weld spattering, unlike regular antispatter sprays. It is also fully non-flammable and uses a non-flammable Co2 propellant, which makes it safer for users and provides higher actual coverage compared to hydrocarbon-propelled aerosol sprays with maximum actives of 65%. This coating has superior application and durability and does not have any adverse effects on the type of welding being done. It also keeps the tips and nozzles clean and prevents spatter build-up.
Key application areas for this coating include resistance welding tips, MIG and TIG tips, weldments, electrode holders, contact tips, tools, metal molds, benchtop splash guards, valve spindles, and piston rods.

This is a water-based anti-spatter coating for welders that forms a dry, thin film. It is heavy-duty and designed to prevent spatter from sticking to welding beads, metal surfaces, and welding tips during welding.
The coating has several advantages, including its ability to handle severe high-amperage weld spattering better than typical anti-spatter sprays. It is also fully non-flammable and has superior application and durability. It does not negatively affect the welding type and keeps tips and nozzles clean while preventing spatter build-up.
This coating is suitable for use on resistance welding tips, MIG and TIG tips, weldments, electrode holders, contact tips, tools, metal molds, bench top splash guards, valve spindles, and piston rods.
