The STAVINOX 7018-G electrode is a low hydrogen iron powder LMA type that is coated with a basic substance. It is used to create welded joints that are strong and free from cracks. The electrode produces a stable and focused arc, and slag removal is simple. Welding beads are smooth and of high quality, and the electrode is excellent for use in positional welding. Welds created using this electrode can withstand X-ray examination.

This electrode is ideal for welding high tensile steels, earth moving equipment, heavy structures that experience dynamic loading and mechanical restraint.
