A specialized electrode is available for chamfering various metallic materials such as stainless steel, cast iron, copper, bronze, and aluminum. The electrode has a high power gouge that creates a high gas pressure, resulting in a smooth gouge.
Welding experts suggest that the electrode should be placed as horizontally as possible to the base material, and the speed of work can be improved by slightly pushing it in the direction of work.
