welding wire that has a strong resistance to impact and compression, and is ideal for build-up and hard surfacing applications. It is particularly useful for welding parts made of manganese steel, and produces a deposit that is both tough and crack-free, as well as being non-magnetic.
The wire is composed of an alloy base containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, and nickel, and has a typical hardness range of 200-230 BHN as deposited. After being work-hardened, the wire can achieve a hardness level of 450 BHN.
PACKING :
For the 1.6mm wire size, it is available in spool packing with a weight of 15kg.
For the 2.4mm wire size, it is available in three different packaging options: spool packing with a weight of 15kg or 25kg, and drum packing with a weight of 225kg.
For the 2.8mm wire size, it is also available in spool packing with a weight of 15kg or 25kg, as well as drum packing with a weight of 225kg.
